Payment Return Policy
Course Refunds:
If you wish to withdraw from a course, a refund of 50% of the paid course fee is available only if we are notified at least 5 days before the course start date. Notification must be made via email; phone notifications are not accepted.
Courses purchased within 5 days of their start date are non-refundable.
Refund requests received less than 5 days before the course start date will not be eligible for any refund.
If a student has accessed any course materials (e.g., lecture videos, downloads, or modules), the course fee becomes non-refundable regardless of course start date.
Refunds are subject to a processing fee to cover administrative costs, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and are non-transferable to other individuals or accounts.
Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks from the date the refund request is received and approved. In rare cases, refund processing may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be informed of the delay and provided with a new estimated processing time.
Course Transfer Policy:
Transfers to a different course are allowed only once, subject to availability. A transfer fee may apply, and students must notify the institution in advance.
Any fees paid for the original course will be applied to the new course, minus any applicable transfer fees.
If the transferred course has a higher fee than the original course, the student must pay the difference between the two fees.
If the transferred course has a lower fee than the original course, the difference will be non-refundable.
Transfers are non-refundable if the transferred course has already started or is scheduled to start within the next 5 days.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Any registration, material, or administrative fees paid are non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal.
Force Majeure Clause:
Refunds will not be issued in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the institution, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other events that prevent the course from proceeding as planned.
Partial Refunds in Exceptional Cases:
In exceptional cases such as serious health issues or family emergencies, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of the institution. Supporting documentation may be required.
Early Withdrawal or No-Show Policy:
If a student withdraws after the course has started, no refund will be issued for any part of the course fee unless otherwise stated. In the event of a no-show, the student forfeits their right to any refund or compensation.
Masters or Abroad Processing Consulting Fees:
Full Payment Option:
A one-time full payment of 100% of the total fee is allowed at the time of enrollment.
If you choose this option, a discount (if applicable) may be offered.
Payment Schedule:
First Payment – 25% upon enrollment (non-refundable).
Second Payment – 25% after applications are submitted to at least 5 universities.
Third Payment – 25% upon receiving at least one admission offer.
Fourth and Final Payment – 25% upon receiving a visa appointment.
Refund Policy:
The initial 25% payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the process.
A cancellation fee will apply in addition to the non-refundable first payment if withdrawal occurs after the initial consultation.
The second payment is non-refundable once applications have been submitted to at least one university.
The third payment is non-refundable upon receiving at least one admission offer.
The fourth payment (final 25%) is refundable only in the event of visa rejection.
Refund Request Process:
Refund requests must be submitted via email, including a completed refund form and a copy of a government-approved ID as proof of identity.
For refunds based on visa rejection, a copy of the official visa rejection letter from the embassy or consulate is required.
Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks from the date the refund request is received and approved. In rare cases, processing may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, and clients will be informed of any delays.
Behavioral Clause:
If a student engages in disruptive behavior, violates the institution's code of conduct, or refuses to follow course rules, they may be disqualified from the course or consulting services and forfeit their right to a refund.
Refund Method and Timeframe:
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the student’s account after being processed.
